The house peaked at 737 viewers in 2021 watching Magic: Legends, Cryptic Studios' doomed attempt at a Magic: The Gathering action-RPG. StreamerHouse jumped into the open beta in March 2021, exploring the card-based spell system that promised to blend ARPG gameplay with MTG's deckbuilding. But the performance issues, aggressive monetization, and lack of the source material's depth became painfully obvious on stream. When Cryptic announced in June 2021—just three months after beta—that the game would shut down in October without ever leaving beta, the house hosted a farewell stream. The game never made it to consoles, never got a full release, and 44 employees lost their jobs. StreamerHouse preserved those final months when players got full refunds and free access to premium items before the October 31st servers went dark.
