Trove
PCTrove at StreamerHouse
Trove brought its voxel MMO adventure to StreamerHouse in 2015, catching Trion Worlds' free-to-play Minecraft-meets-MMO experiment right as it launched out of beta on July 9. This was Trove at its most pure: a blocky, colorful world where players could build, explore dungeons, and collect classes in an endless loop of procedurally generated adventure. The streams showcased the game's unique hook of combining Minecraft's building with MMO progression systems, creating something that was simultaneously relaxing and addictive. While Trove never became a massive phenomenon, it found its dedicated audience of players who loved the low-pressure voxel collecting. StreamerHouse was there during those early days when Trove's potential felt limitless and the community was still small enough to feel intimate.
