August 17, 2023. Airship Syndicate dropped Wayfinder into early access, and we were curious. The fantasy MMO looked promising on paper—action combat, procedural dungeons, colorful character designs. Reality was different. Launch was catastrophic. Servers melted, queues stretched into hours, basic systems were broken, and the community started fracturing immediately. But we streamed through all of it. That's kind of our job—you stream the disaster and see what people learn from it. We put 221 hours into Wayfinder across 2023, grinding through patches, watching Airship try to salvage what they'd built, waiting for the game to find its footing. It never really did. But streaming a game's collapse in real-time, watching developers scramble, seeing the community lose faith then hope—that's compelling in a weird way.

Two hundred twenty-one hours concentrated into a single year tells the story: we gave Wayfinder a real shot. We averaged 269 viewers with a peak of 432—decent numbers for a fantasy MMO during launch chaos. Nearly 60,000 hours watched shows our audience was invested in seeing what would happen. Wayfinder's peak was launch week excitement bleeding into the grim reality of a broken MMO. We captured that exact moment—the hope, the disappointment, the slow exodus. The game's trajectory made for engaging content because everyone watching could feel the stakes.
